Recently Mark Harris and his team helped me with a challenging loan. They made it work! As a Real estate agent, my clients asked if I knew a good lender and I suggested Mark Harris. My clients already had applied with few other lenders; however they didn’t get what they wanted, even with their high credit score. The other lenders were asking them to put a large down payment. Mark and his team worked their magic, with only 5% down, and voila, we closed! Pretty much on time, a little snag with the appraisal, it delayed the closing by a week. Other than that, it was very smooth, communicative, they answer emails and calls right away.
